This is a great song by Green Day. 
It's also really easy to play... after you get the hang of it. 
The very beginning is repeated a few times, 
and is also the hardest part of the entire song. If you can get that, you've got it! 
It's all Powerchords, and if you have any experience playing Green Day 
songs, it should feel close to "Minority," but with an interesting little twist.
