Recorded with lots of reverb on both patterns, but for guitar I'd
recommed flanging as well to add to the ringing.

Interesting time signature stuff here——
It seems that the whistling riff is in 12—8, over the background arpeggio
which is 8—8, so in other words they don't exactly stay together.
