Misc Unsigned Bands — October Fall - Hey Hey (ver 2) Chords

  Rate this tab:
So I have only found one rhythm layout for this song and it was completely wrong.

This is what the acoustic/rhythm guitar plays through the song.
I will work on the electric part, I know that it is in Drop D.
These chords can be played in either. If you are playing solo and want to sound more
the cd then use Drop tunning, if you are the rhythm acoustic in a band, then play standard.

D G
hey hey, look it
                   D
you came around again
                         G G
didn't think we'd see you with how things ended back then

Continue with the D to G progression

hey hey old friend
i think it's been too long
grab the guitar, lets sit around
and play our favorite song...

Then there is this progression G A Bm

our bodies breath off the city streetlights
that set our watches because tonight's the night
everyone get out your cameras
tonight's a night to remember

my heart's in sync with these constant memories
when i look back i wish i had more of these
never land is just around the corner
i'm done with this "getting older"

Go back to the D to G progression however use an A from D to G
Listen to the CD for this progression

hey hey, look it
you came around again
didn't' think we'd see you with out things ended back then
hey hey, old friend
i think it's been too long
grab the guitar lets sit around
and play our favorite song...

I can't quite get the bridge, I'll fix it later

here we are in my car
driving under the same lucky stars
that we wished on when we were kids
let me hear you say "hey kid, i miss this"

hey hey, look it
you came around again
didn't' think we'd see you
with out things ended back then
hey hey, old friend
i think it's been too long
grab the guitar lets sit around
and play our favorite song...
